Iowa High School Football - Woodbury Central tops Kingsley-Pierson
October 4, 2024: Moville, IA 51039 The Woodbury Central Wildcats football squad scored 48 points and limited the visiting Kingsley-Pierson Panthers to 22 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tri-Center for a A District 8 test on Friday, October 11. Woodbury Central will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 49-16 league win over St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 5-1.
With the defeat, Kingsley-Pierson drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host West Monona (Onawa, IA) to meet the Spartans in a A District 8 test on Friday, October 11. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 0-6. West Monona lost 28-6 in their recent non-league test against Alta-Aurelia (Alta, IA)
