October 4, 2024: Henderson, NC 27536 In Friday's non-league match, the host Henderson Collegiate Pride soccer team scored a close 3-1 triumph over the Neuse Charter Cougars.
With the triumph, Henderson Collegiate moves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Pride host Eno River (Hillsborough, NC) to meet the Bobcats in a Triangle North 1A match on Thursday, October 10. The Bobcats come into the match with a record of 5-11.
The Cougars now sport a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Union for a Carolina 1A match on Monday, October 7. Neuse Charter will meet a Spartans team coming off a 9-1 league loss to Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 2-11.
