October 4, 2024: New Paltz, NY 12561 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the New Paltz Huguenots (New Paltz, NY) and the visiting Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors (Poughkeepsie, NY), observed New Paltz's volleyball team top Our Lady of Lourdes by a count of 3-0.
The Huguenots (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY). The Spartans enter the MHAL contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Spackenkill notched a victory over Red Hook (Red Hook, NY), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Warriors battle the Mount Academy Eagles (Esopus, NY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 5. Our Lady of Lourdes will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 17-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Highland (Highland, NY).
