The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) and the host Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA), witnessed Potomac School's football squad knock off Bishop O'Connell by a tally of 28-14.

The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bullis (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Bullis gained a win over Flint Hill (Oakton, VA), 34-3, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Knights battle the Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA) in a contest, on Saturday, October 11. Bishop O'Connell will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Cardinals enter the contest with a 1-4 record after their 21-13 non-league loss to Landon (Bethesda, MD).
