October 4, 2025: Columbus, OH 43204 The Columbus Academy Vikings football squad scored 26 points and limited the host Franklin Heights Falcons to 20 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Buckeye Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. Columbus Academy will meet a Barons squad coming off a 28-14 non-league loss to Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH). The Barons record now stands at 1-3.
With the defeat, Franklin Heights drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Whitehall-Yearling (Whitehall, OH) to meet the Rams in a non-league test on Saturday, October 11. The Rams come into the test with a record of 2-2. Whitehall-Yearling lost 28-22 in their recent non-league test against Bexley (Columbus, OH)
