Lawrence County Red Devils (Moulton, AL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host East Lawrence Eagles (Trinity, AL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lawrence County improves its record to 22-23 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Winston County (Double Springs, AL) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 16-9. Winston County won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Loretto (Loretto, TN)

Next, the Eagles meet the Athens Bible Trojans (Athens, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. East Lawrence will attempt to upgrade on its 17-18 season record. The Trojans go into the test with a 14-20 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL).
