October 4, 2025: Grants Pass, OR 97526 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA) and the host Grants Pass Cavemen (Grants Pass, OR), saw University Prep's volleyball squad achieve victory over Grants Pass by a score of 2-0.
With the win, University Prep improves its record to 21-8 on the season. The Panthers travel to Ashland (Ashland, OR) to encounter the Grizzlies in a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. The Grizzlies go into the test with a record of 8-5. Ashland won 3-0 in their recent league test against Eagle Point (Eagle Point, OR)
The Cavemen now own a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sheldon for a 6A Southwest test on Tuesday, October 7. Grants Pass will encounter a Irish squad coming off a 3-1 league win over North Medford (Medford, OR). The Irish record now stands at 14-3.
