Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Braves confront the Milton Black Panthers (Milton, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 10. Shikellamy will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Black Panthers enter the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 7-1 league win over Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA).

The Wildcats now possess a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Mifflin County for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 7. Central Mountain will confront a Huskies team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Waynesboro (Waynesboro, PA). The Huskies record now stands at 0-13.
