Virginia High School Volleyball - King George tips Caroline
October 5, 2023: Milford, VA 22514 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the King George Foxes (King George, VA) and the host Caroline Cavaliers (Milford, VA), saw King George's volleyball squad nip Caroline by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, King George upgrades its record to 10-5 on the year. The Foxes host Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA) to play the Knights in a Battlefield bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Spotsylvania won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Eastern View (Culpeper, VA)
The Cavaliers now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Chancellor for a Battlefield bout on Tuesday, October 10. Caroline will play a Chargers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 9-9.
