The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Greely Rangers (Cumberland Center, ME) and the visiting Wells Warriors (Wells, ME), saw Greely's volleyball squad beat Wells by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Greely upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Rangers host Lake Region (Naples, ME) to play the Lakers in a Class B bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Lake Region won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Gray-New Gloucester (Gray, ME)

The Warriors now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they host Cape Elizabeth for a Class B bout on Tuesday, October 10. Wells will play a Capers squad coming off a 3-2 league win over York (York, ME). The Capers record now stands at 6-4.
