In Saturday's league game, the Plymouth Whitemarsh Colonials (Plymouth Meeting, PA) football team edged the host Wissahickon Trojans (Ambler, PA), by a tally of 37-34.

In their next game, the Colonials face the Springfield Township Spartans (Erdenheim, PA) in a Suburban One - American game, on Thursday, October 10. Plymouth Whitemarsh will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 6-1 record after their 42-7 league win over Hatboro-Horsham (Horsham, PA).
