South Dakota High School Volleyball - Brandon Valley over Pierre T.F. Riggs

In Saturday's league challenge, the host Brandon Valley Lynx volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Pierre T.F. Riggs Governors.

The Lynx (6-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Yankton (Yankton, SD). The Bucks/Gazelles come into the AA District 1 challenge with a 3-13 record. In their last challenge, Yankton was beaten by Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Governors meet the Huron Tigers (Huron, SD) in a AA District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Pierre T.F. Riggs will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lincoln (Sioux Falls, SD).
