California High School Volleyball - Milpitas tips Evergreen Valley

October 5, 2024: San Jose, CA 95148

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Milpitas Trojans volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Evergreen Valley Cougars.

The Trojans (17-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Castilleja (Palo Alto, CA). The Gators come into the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Castilleja edged Pinewood (Los Altos Hills, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars play the King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 5. Evergreen Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Crystal Springs Uplands (Hillsborough, CA).
