Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Johnson County Central Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, NE), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Thayer Central advances its record to 17-0 on the season. The Titans host Sutton (Sutton, NE) to face the Mustangs in a C2 District 6 test on Tuesday, October 8. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 10-12. Sutton won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE)

The Thunderbirds now sport a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conestoga for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 8. Johnson County Central will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Archbishop Bergan (Fremont, NE). The Cougars record now stands at 12-7.
