October 5, 2024: Muskegon, MI 49445 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the North Muskegon Norsemen (North Muskegon, MI) and the host Reeths-Puffer Rockets (Muskegon, MI), observed North Muskegon's volleyball team top Reeths-Puffer by a count of 2-0.
The Norsemen (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Shelby (Shelby, MI). The Tigers enter the Western Michigan contest with a 18-10 record. In their last contest, Shelby defeated Ravenna (Ravenna, MI), 3-0, in a league bout.
With the loss, Reeths-Puffer drops to 9-13 on the campaign. The Rockets host Jenison (Jenison, MI) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 8. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 26-4. Jenison lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Forest Hills Northern (Grand Rapids, MI)
