October 5, 2024: Valencia, CA 91355 Valencia Vikings (Valencia, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Royal Highlanders (Simi Valley, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Valencia improves its record to 12-14 on the season. The Vikings travel to West Ranch (Valencia, CA) to face the Wildcats in a Foothill test on Tuesday, October 8. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 11-3. West Ranch lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Saugus (Saugus, CA)
The Highlanders now own a 15-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Park for a Coastal Canyon test on Tuesday, October 8. Royal will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Canyon (Canyon Country, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-14.
