The Carter Cowboys (Dallas, TX) football overcame the host Panther Creek Panthers (Frisco, TX), 26-2 in Thursday's league bout.

In their next game, the Cowboys clash with the Ranchview Wolves (Irving, TX) in a 4A-1 Region II District 7 bout, on Thursday, October 13. Carter will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Wolves enter the bout with a 2-5 record after their 40-22 league loss to Wilmer-Hutchins (Dallas, TX).

The Panthers (1-6) will now prepare for their bout against Pinkston (Dallas, TX). The Vikings enter the 4A-1 Region II District 7 bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Pinkston was toppled by Carter (Dallas, TX), 32-7, in a league bout.
