October 6, 2022: Burke, VA 22015 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA) and the host Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA), saw Fairfax's volleyball squad nip Lake Braddock by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Fairfax upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year. The Lions host West Potomac (Alexandria, VA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 11. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 7-3. West Potomac won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Robinson (Fairfax, VA)
The Bruins now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Alexandria City for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 11. Lake Braddock will play a Titans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Titans record now stands at 8-2.
