New Mexico High School Volleyball - Lovington crushed by Clovis
October 6, 2022: Lovington, NM 88260 The Clovis Wildcats topped the host Lovington Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlsbad for a 5A District 4 test on Tuesday, October 11. Clovis will confront a Cavemen team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Goddard (Roswell, NM). The Cavemen record now stands at 6-10.
The Wildcats (1-13) will now prepare for their test against Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Ruidoso was knocked off by Artesia (Artesia, NM), 3-0, in a non-league test.
