Cherryville Ironmen (Cherryville, NC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC), 46-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Cherryville improves its record to 1-6 on the campaign. The Ironmen host Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC) to confront the Gryphons in a 1A/2A Southern Piedmont test on Friday, October 13. The Gryphons come into the test with a record of 1-7. Thomas Jefferson lost 70-7 in their recent league test against Burns (Lawndale, NC)

With the loss, Highland Tech drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC) to confront the Gryphons in a 1A/2A Southern Piedmont test on Friday, October 20. The Gryphons come into the test with a record of 1-7.
