October 6, 2023: Minneapolis, MN 55406 The Pine River-Backus Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Roosevelt Teddies to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now have a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cannon Falls for a non-league game on Friday, October 6. Pine River-Backus will meet a Bombers team coming off a 3-1 league win over Goodhue (Goodhue, MN). The Bombers record now stands at 7-10.
The Teddies (6-11) will now prepare for their game against Eastview (Apple Valley, MN). The Lightning enter the non-league game with a 11-10 record. In their last game, Eastview dropped by Shakopee (Shakopee, MN), 3-1, in a league game.
