New York High School Football - Madison beat New Utrecht
October 6, 2024: Brooklyn, NY 11229 The Madison Golden Knights football squad scored 36 points and limited the visiting New Utrecht Utes to 28 in the Golden Knights league triumph on Sunday.
The Golden Knights now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Erasmus Hall for a PSAL 4A test on Friday, October 18. Madison will meet a Dutchmen squad coming off a 10-7 league loss to Curtis (Staten Island, NY). The Dutchmen record now stands at 3-2.
With the defeat, New Utrecht drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Utes host New Dorp (Staten Island, NY) to meet the Central Cougars in a PSAL 4A test on Friday, October 18. The Central Cougars come into the test with a record of 1-3. New Dorp won 40-20 in their recent league test against Wagner (Staten Island, NY)
