October 6, 2025: Flagstaff, AZ 86004 Fans at Monday's league contest between the Coconino Panthers (Flagstaff, AZ) and the visiting Flagstaff Eagles (Flagstaff, AZ), saw Coconino's volleyball squad nudge Flagstaff by a score of 2-1.
With the win, Coconino improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Panthers host Mohave (Bullhead City, AZ) to encounter the Thunderbirds in a battle on Monday, October 20. The Thunderbirds go into the battle with a record of 5-6.
The Eagles now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lee Williams for a contest on Wednesday, October 8. Flagstaff will meet a Volunteers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Mohave (Bullhead City, AZ). The Volunteers record now stands at 1-2.
