North Carolina High School Flag Football - Apex tops Green Hope

October 6, 2025: Cary, NC 27519

The Apex Cougars flag football squad scored 28 points and limited the host Green Hope Falcons to 0 in the Cougars league triumph on Monday.

The Cougars now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Willow Spring for a test on Wednesday, October 8. Apex will meet a Storm squad coming off a 33-6 league win over Green Level (Cary, NC). The Storm record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Green Hope drops to 6-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Panther Creek (Cary, NC) to face the Catamounts in a challenge on Tuesday, October 7. The Catamounts go into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Panther Creek lost 1-0 in their recent league challenge against Apex Friendship (Apex, NC)
