In Friday's league game, the Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) football team smashed the host Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC), by a final score of 63-14.

The Trojans (7-0) will now prepare for their game against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres come into the 4A West Conference 49 game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, South Mecklenburg was trounced by Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC), 43-12, in a league game.

The Cardinal now hold a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host Palisades for a 4A West Conference 49 game on Friday, October 14. Berry will battle a Pumas team coming off a 24-17 league loss to Myers Park (Charlotte, NC). The Pumas record now stands at 1-6.
