Maryland High School Football - Potomac trounces Friendly

October 7, 2022: Fort Washington, MD 20744

In Friday's league match, the visiting Potomac Wolverines football squad scored a big 52-0 victory over the Friendly Patriots.

In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Douglass Eagles (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a Prince George's County 2A/1A match, on Friday, October 14. Potomac will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 6-0 record after their 50-0 league win over Crossland (Temple Hills, MD).

The Patriots (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Largo (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Lions enter the Prince George's County 2A/1A match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Largo routed Surrattsville (Clinton, MD), 62-3, in a league match.
