The Hough Huskies football squad scored 41 points and restricted the host West Charlotte Lions to 0 in the Huskies league victory on Friday.

The Huskies now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mallard Creek for a 3A/4A West Conference 60 battle on Friday, October 14. Hough will face a Mavericks squad coming off a 48-3 league win over North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Mavericks record now stands at 5-2.
