In Friday's league game, the St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL) football team knocked off the host Milford/Cissna Park Bearcats (Milford, IL), by a final score of 34-26.

The Sabers (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Martinsville (Martinsville, IL). The Bluestreaks come into the non-league game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Martinsville toppled South Fork/Edinburg/Morrisonville (Kincaid, IL), 27-0, in a league game.
