The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Sinton Pirates (Sinton, TX) and the visiting Robstown Cottonpickers (Robstown, TX), observed Sinton's football squad bounce Robstown by a count of 83-20.

The Pirates now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Orange Grove for a 4A-2 Region IV District 15 contest on Friday, October 14. Sinton will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 34-16 non-league win over Grulla (Rio Grande City, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-2.

Coming up next, the Cottonpickers encounter the West Oso Bears (Corpus Christi, TX) in a 4A-2 Region IV District 15 contest, on Friday, October 14.
