October 7, 2022: Sanger, TX 76266 The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Sanger Indians (Sanger, TX) and the visiting Burkburnett Bulldogs (Burkburnett, TX), saw Sanger's volleyball squad beat Burkburnett by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Sanger upgrades its record to 26-10 on the year. The Indians host Gainesville (Gainesville, TX) to play the Leopards in a 4A Region I District 7 bout on Tuesday, October 11. The Leopards go into the bout with a record of 3-20. Gainesville lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Wichita Falls (Wichita Falls, TX)
The Bulldogs now own a 8-18 record. They play next when they travel to Hirschi for a 4A Region I District 7 bout on Tuesday, October 11. Burkburnett will play a Huskies squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Sanger (Sanger, TX). The Huskies record now stands at 2-23.
