New Mexico High School Football - Manzano knocked off by Valley
October 7, 2023: Albuquerque, NM 87112 Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM), 62-42 in a league test.
With the triumph, Valley improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Knights in a 5A District 2/6 test on Friday, October 13. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-6. Del Norte lost 56-6 in their recent non-league test against Miyamura (Gallup, NM)
With the loss, Manzano drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM) to confront the Hilltoppers in a 5A District 2/6 test on Friday, October 13. The Hilltoppers come into the test with a record of 6-1. Los Alamos won 26-19 in their recent non-league test against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM)
