The Thunderbirds (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 1-13 record. In their last challenge, Win-E-Mac was dropped by Bagley (Bagley, MN), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Laporte Wildcats (Laporte, MN) in a Northwoods challenge, on Monday, October 9. Cass Lake-Bena will attempt to move on its 4-12 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bigfork (Bigfork, MN).
