In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Franklin Central Flashes volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Mt. Vernon Wildcats.

The Flashes (9-19) will now prepare for their battle against Perry Meridian (Indianapolis, IN). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 12-11 record. In their last battle, Perry Meridian achieved victory over Covenant Christian (Indianapolis, IN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
