The North Decatur Chargers held off the host Mt. Vernon Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Chargers now have a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Martinsville for a non-league test on Saturday, September 23. North Decatur will confront a Artesians team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Whiteland (Whiteland, IN). The Artesians record now stands at 3-14.
