October 7, 2024: Rocklin, CA 95765 Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA), 2-1 in a league test.
With the win, Del Oro improves its record to 7-6 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA) to face the Trojans in a test on Wednesday, October 9. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 22-4. Oak Ridge won 2-0 in their recent league test against Whitney (Rocklin, CA)
The Thunder now own a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Folsom for a test on Wednesday, October 9. Rocklin will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to St. Francis (Sacramento, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 20-8.
