October 7, 2024: Des Moines, NM 88418 Fans at Monday's league contest between the Des Moines Demons (Des Moines, NM) and the visiting Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM), observed Des Moines's volleyball team top Cimarron by a count of 3-0.
The Demons (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Roy/Mosquero (Roy, NM). The Blue/Lady Blue enter the 1A District 5 contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Roy/Mosquero notched a victory over Cimarron (Cimarron, NM), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Rams battle the Springer Red Devils (Springer, NM) in a 1A District 5 contest, on Thursday, October 10. Cimarron will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Red Devils enter the contest with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Clayton (Clayton, NM).
