The Centura Centurions volleyball team (Cairo, NE), was knocked off 3-1 in Tuesday's league contest with the host St. Cecilia Bluehawks (Hastings, NE)

The Bluehawks (17-7) will now prepare for their contest against Concordia (Omaha, NE). The Mustangs enter the non-league contest with a 21-5 record. In their last contest, Concordia notched a victory over Gross Catholic (Omaha, NE), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

The Centurions now own a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gibbon for a C2 District 9 battle on Monday, October 20. Centura will encounter a Buffaloes squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE). The Buffaloes record now stands at 1-19.
