The Elverado Falcons topped the visiting Shawnee Redskins volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Falcons confront the Marissa/Coulterville Meteors (Marissa, IL) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, October 8. Elverado will attempt to advance on its 24-3 season record. The Meteors come into the outing with a 19-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Christ Our Rock Lutheran (Centralia, IL).

With the loss, Shawnee drops to 8-12 on the campaign. The Redskins host Cobden (Cobden, IL) to play the Appleknockers in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 8.
