The Northern Bedford County Panthers volleyball team (Loysburg, PA), was beaten 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting McConnellsburg Spartans (McConnellsburg, PA)

The Spartans (11-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Fannett Metal (Willow Hill, PA). The enter the Inter-County - South challenge with a 0-12 record. In their last challenge, Fannett Metal was beaten by Southern Fulton (Warfordsburg, PA), 3-0, in a league test.

The Panthers now own a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Claysburg-Kimmel for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 8. Northern Bedford County will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Williamsburg (Williamsburg, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-12.
