In Friday's league battle, the visiting Milford Hawks volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Taunton Tigers.

The Hawks (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Stoughton (Stoughton, MA). The Black Knights come into the Hockomock battle with a 1-6 record. In their last battle, Stoughton was edged by Franklin (Franklin, MA), 3-0, in a league battle.
