October 8, 2022: Susquehanna, PA 18847 The Susquehanna Sabers football team (Susquehanna, PA), was beaten 42-13 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Old Forge Blue Devils (Old Forge, PA)
The Blue Devils (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA). The Crusaders come into the Lackawanna 4 challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Holy Cross was beaten by Carbondale Area (Carbondale, PA), 35-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Sabers now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverside for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 14. Susquehanna will meet a Vikings team coming off a 41-13 league win over Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-3.
