North Carolina High School Volleyball - East Wake can't get by South Johnston
October 8, 2024: Four Oaks, NC 27524 South Johnston Trojans (Four Oaks, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting East Wake Warriors (Wendell, NC), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, South Johnston improves its record to 10-9 on the season. The Trojans host West Johnston (Benson, NC) to face the Wildcats in a test on Thursday, October 10. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 17-3. West Johnston won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Hunt (Wilson, NC)
The Warriors now own a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Smithfield-Selma for a non-league test on Thursday, October 10.
