October 8, 2024: Kingsland, GA 31548 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Camden County Wildcats (Kingsland, GA) and the visiting Lowndes Vikings (Valdosta, GA), observed Camden County's softball team get by Lowndes by a tally of 5-4.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the Colquitt County Packers (Norman Park, GA) in a 6A Region 1 bout, on Thursday, October 10. Lowndes will attempt to advance on its 17-8 season record. The Packers go into the bout with a 18-8 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Lanier County (Lakeland, GA).
