October 8, 2024: Baker, LA 70714 In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Central Private Redhawks volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Capitol Lions.
The Redhawks (9-16) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Michael (Baton Rouge, LA). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 17-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Michael was beaten by Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions meet the North Iberville Bears (Rosedale, LA) in a Division V District 4 challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Capitol will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 9-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA).
