October 8, 2024: Clinton Township, MI 48038 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) and the visiting Lakeview Huskies (St. Clair Shores, MI), observed Chippewa Valley's volleyball team hold off Lakeview by a count of 1-0.
The Big Reds (17-8) will now prepare for their contest against Port Huron Northern (Port Huron, MI). The Huskies enter the Macomb Area - Blue contest with a 12-11 record. In their last contest, Port Huron Northern got by St. Clair (St. Clair, MI), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Huskies meet the L'Anse Creuse Lancers (Harrison Township, MI) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 10. Lakeview will attempt to move on its 12-22 season record. The Lancers enter the contest with a 4-14 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Port Huron (Port Huron, MI).
