California High School Flag Football - Johnson sneaks past Armijo

The Johnson Warriors flag football squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting Armijo Royals to 18 in the Warriors league triumph on Wednesday.

The Warriors now hold a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Florin for a Greater Sacramento League challenge on Monday, October 13. Johnson will face a Panthers team coming off a 33-6 league win over Burbank (Sacramento, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-9.

The Royals (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley (Sacramento, CA). The Vikings go into the Greater Sacramento League challenge with a 5-13 record. In their last test, Valley was nipped by Fairfield (Fairfield, CA), 32-0, in a league test.
