Indiana High School Volleyball - Tri-County tips North Newton

October 9, 2021: Morocco, IN 47963

The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Tri-County Cavaliers (Wolcott, IN) and the host North Newton Spartans (Morocco, IN), saw Tri-County's volleyball squad nip North Newton by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Tri-County upgrades its record to 12-12 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Faith Christian (Lafayette, IN) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 14. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 19-7. Faith Christian won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Rossville (Rossville, IN)

The Spartans now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they host Kankakee Valley for a non-league bout on Monday, October 11. North Newton will play a Kougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to South Newton (Kentland, IN). The Kougars record now stands at 14-15.
