The Indians now possess a 8-9 record. They play next when they host Draughn for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 10. St. Stephens will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league win over Owen (Black Mountain, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 16-0.
With the loss, Hickory drops to 0-10 on the campaign.
