October 9, 2024: Oak Bluffs, MA 02557 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Falmouth Clippers (Falmouth, MA) and the host Martha's Vineyard Regional Vineyarders (Oak Bluffs, MA), saw Falmouth's soccer squad hold off Martha's Vineyard Regional by a count of 2-1.
The Clippers (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Weymouth (South Weymouth, MA). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Weymouth tipped Walpole (Walpole, MA), 6-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Vineyarders confront the Barnstable Red Hawks (Hyannis, MA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 10. Martha's Vineyard Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record.
