Washington High School Volleyball - Mark Morris over Hockinson
October 9, 2024: Longview, WA 98632 Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Mark Morris Monarchs (Longview, WA) and the visiting Hockinson Hawks (Brush Prairie, WA), observed Mark Morris's volleyball team top Hockinson by a tally of 3-1.
The Monarchs (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA). The Spudders enter the 2A Greater St. Helens contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, Ridgefield was beaten by Columbia River (Vancouver, WA), 3-2, in a league contest.
Next, the Hawks meet the R.A. Long Lumberjacks (Longview, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Hockinson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Lumberjacks enter the contest with a 6-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Washougal (Washougal, WA).
